• Referrals must come from an independent third party.

• The referred client or company must not already be a client of ours.

• We will confirm acceptance of your referral within 24 hours, based on the above criteria.

• Referral fees are only paid for deals successfully closed and settled by the referred client or company within one week of our account being cleared.

• Shinebrite Solutions Limited (T/a Shinebrite Real Estate) reserves the right to modify the program's rules and regulations. In case of disputes, Shinebrite Solutions Limited (T/a Shinebrite Real Estate) reserves the right to the final decision.
